Return Policy

(Applicable for Online purchases only)

Most of our products have a guarantee return policy of 14 days. The refunds are only given on the price of the merchandise. Shipping and Handling charges and corresponding taxes are non-refundable.

How can I send the item(s) back?

Review our return policy (see below) to see whether your item is eligible for a refund. In order to return an item you will have to contact us via email at and one of the customer service representative will contact you back. You will be issued a RAN on the phone or via email. All items that have been issued a RAN MUST be received within 14 days of the delivery date. All items MUST be sent via a traceable shipping method. Theatrics Plus will not take any responsibility for any refunds if the item has not been received and there is no alternative way to trace the item. The refund will not be processed if the invoice is not attached with the item. We recommend that you keep a copy of the invoice for your record.

Theatrics Plus will not process any refunds if:

  1. Any items have been worn, used or altered.
  2. Any products are missing from the package. 

    The following items can only be returned if we receive them in the original, unopened and sealed packaging.

    1. Facial hair, wigs, beards or any other artificial hair
    2. Eyelashes
    3. Morphsuits and 2nd Skin costumes
    4. Fangs, any types of fake teeth and prosthetics
    5. Lingerie, undergarments, stockings, tights, hosiery and socks
    6. Makeup

    There are no refunds on eye contacts due to sanitary purposes. 

    A minimum 15% restocking fee is added to returns of more than five of one item ordered.

    When will the refund be processed?
    During any time of year, except Halloween, the refund will be processed within 1 week after the item has been received. During Halloween, refunds will be processed within 3 weeks. The refund will be processed back to the method of payment used to place the order.

    Can I exchange any item?
    Theatrics Plus does not offer exchanges. If you ordered the wrong size or product, we would suggest that you place another order of the right product or size from our website and follow the refund policy process above to return the original item(s).
